Feeding Instructions

Farm Flocks (up to 100 head): To reconstitute, mix 4 oz of dry powder with ½ pint of hot water (140°F). Cool to 100°F before feeding. Stir until product is in solutionLarge Flocks (to 3000 head): With mechanical mixer, reconstitute 2 lb of dry powder with 1 gallon of hot water (110°F). Cool to 100°F before feeding. Feed free choice with an automatic nipple system.

*A good quality grain mix and water should be offered free choice after lambs reach about one week of age.
** Good quality roughage should be offered free choice when lambs reach about (3) weeks of age.

Feeding Tips:

  1. Provide all lambs with free choice colostrum during the first two days.
  2.  Mix and feed according to package instructions.
  3. Feed regularly and in sufficient quantity.
  4. Wash bottle thoroughly after each use.
  5. Provide fresh water at all times.
  6. Keep lambs in well-ventilated, draft-free area to avoid sudden temperature changes.
